*This is a stay to play event.  Any team that needs to book hotel rooms must book through Anthony Travel. 

Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Deadline to Register:  Feb 1st, 2022 (or when full)
  • Credit Card Process:  Jan 20th, 2022 (message Diana Driggers if you want it to be run earlier) 
  • Final Team Check-in: Feb 15th, 2022.  At Noon
  1. Team Check-In - Need your roster with all players in Gotsport
  2. Team Check-In Form will be sent to team managers the week of the event.
  3. Make sure all of your players have virtual or laminated player cards for 21/22 season.
  4. Make sure you have a medical release on all of your players (STYSA or US Club Medical Release is fine).
  5. Make sure all your players are listed on the roster in Gotsport.  Work with your registrar to make sure all players are in Gotsport and will appear on the game card by Wed Feb 15, 2022 at 12pm.
