SA CITY adds Adriano Allain

Allain to become Director of Club Development for SA CITY

SA CITY is delighted to announce the appointment of Adriano Allain as Director of Club Development. Adriano will impact the future development of the club in all areas. Adriano will also join the professional coaching staff for the 2018-2019 season.


A license coach added to staff

Adriano holds a USSF A and Youth license, he also holds the NSCAA Premier Diploma among an impressive collection of soccer credentials.

Adriano joins us from California after a brief detour to Austin. Originally from Brazil, Adriano moved to California to play for San Jose State University mens soccer while studying International Business. After attending SJSU Adriano played in the USISL for the California Jaguars.

Adriano began his coaching career in 1999 with MVLASC as a board member and head coach before creating Red Star Soccer Academy in 2009 as the Founder and Technical Director beginning with 35 players and growing the club to 350+.

During his time in California Adriano also coached for Region IV ODP, CYSA-North State ODP, NSCAA and is an ID2 scout for US Club Soccer.

“I am delighted to join SA CITY and be given the opportunity to be an integral part of the future development of the club. The rebrand of the club held big appeal for me and was a factor in my decision to join what I believe is an exciting project. I will work as hard as possible to increase the opportunities that the club can provide for the youth of San Antonio and can not wait to get started” – enthused Adriano Allain

Adriano will relocate to the San Antonio area over the summer with his wife and two children.
