Micro Academy

Welcome to the San Antonio City Soccer Micro Academy! We’re excited to continue your child’s soccer journey and look forward to a fun, engaging spring season beginning Monday, March 2, 2025. The Micro Academy provides a positive, age-appropriate introduction to soccer that emphasizes enjoyment, learning, and development.

Our recreational program serves boys and girls ages U4–U7 at all stages of development, focusing on soccer fundamentals in a supportive environment. Through this program, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of the game while promoting our core values of sportsmanship, accountability, confidence, intensity, teamwork, and personal growth—on and off the field. We are focused on Long Term Player Development (LTPD), preparing players to learn by sparking imagination and creativity, while emphasizing individual ball control, general coordination, agility, and balance. The program is designed to be a fun experience that provides players with a great introduction to soccer while offering the necessary training environment to succeed on the field and be ready to progress to the next level. All training sessions are delivered by our exceptional staff who we take through our internal Coaching Development Program.
